Resin Bound Driveway

Our Bound surfaces consist of a two-part resin mix combined with premium kiln dried aggregates. This mix is then hand trowelled as a screed to provide a smooth, non-slip, uniform and completely seamless finish.
Bound offers easy maintenance, with resistance to oil and frost whilst being very hard wearing.
We can lay our product to falls, undulating surfaces, damp surfaces, sound surfaces such as patios, paving slabs and paviours.

| Surface | Can be laid on any firm, smooth surface but ideally tarmac or concrete. If planning regulations require a porous substrate it can be laid first. |
| Preparation | We can carry this out, including drainage, manhole replacement covers, dig out, hardcore, concrete, tarmac or edgings. |

| Maintenance | Weeds: Despite being porous, weeds are unable to grow through the hardcore and tarmac substrate therefore creating a weed barrier and lower maintenance. Oil: Mild detergent and water with a stiff brush will remove most oil spills. |
| Drainage | We highly recommend a permeable Tarmac base if possible or existing drainage may be adequate. If there are surrounding borders, a fall or gradients we may not need to add drainage. |
| Slippage | A non-slip is applied to the finished screed & can be varied according to desired requirements of anti-slip ie: gradients or disabled ramps. |
| Resistance | High quality UV resins are used which means there is no fading. They are proven against extreme weather conditions. |
